Frederick Winslow Taylor (March 20, 1856 – March 21, 1915) was an American mechanical engineer. He was widely known for his methods to improve industrial efficiency. He was one of the first management consultants.

In 1909, Taylor summed up his efficiency techniques in his book The Principles of Scientific Management which, in 2001, Fellows of the Academy of Management voted the most influential management book of the twentieth century. (Wikipedia)
Harmony, not discord
According to this principle there should be complete harmony and proper understanding between management and workers, they should work together for organisational goal. To get such harmonious relation.
Fayol suggested on mental revolution it means that management and workers should transform their attitude of opposition towards each other and should have a position feeling for each other.
Mental revolution
Mental revolution means to change on thinking, attitude, mindset between workers and management.
Example:
Instead of fighting over distribution of projects they must focus on increasing it. For this workers should work hard to reach the targets and management should share the increased profits with employees in form of bonus and increments.
