Now we are going  to discuss about :-

                    External Recruitment 

As world suggest  external it's same like that which means from outside the organisation.

                  
External recruitment is the process of choosing prospective candidates from outside the organisation.
                            
                                     OR

Filling vacancies from candidates outside the organisation.

Advantages and disadvantages of External Recruitment.

Advantages......

• External source of recruitment give us wider choice for choosing candidates.( Large numbers of choice.)

• External source of recruitment we get candidates  having new idea.( Fresh and talented employees can be found easily)

• By external source of recruitment we get qualified and trained employees.( As employees are motivated among their work)

•It develops a spirit of competition among existing employees. ( Existing employees may feel jealous of new one.)

Disadvantages......

•  External source of recruitment is a costly process.

• External source of recruitment is time consuming and lengthy process.(  As employe is selected from Large candidates)

Due to external source of recruitment there will be demotivation among existing employees.( As existing employee's initiative level will decrease)

In external source of recruitment there is Induction and Orientation Training is Important.
