Henri Fayol Management principle (principle of stability of Tenure Personnel)

Principle of stability of Tenure personnel

It refers to no frequent termination and transfer.
(Personnel here refers to managerial persons in the organisation)
They donot enter and exists frequently.

According to this principle HENRI FAYOL advocates in the organisation there must not be any frequent transfer and termination. There must be feeling of  job security among the employees. It means also employees should be given reasonable time to show there results. Frequent transfer and termination is bad for the organisation.

》Advantages and positive effects of this principle:-

  1. Improves efficiency level of employees.
  2. No wastage of time and resources.
  3. Motivation among the employees.

》Disadvantages and negative effects of violating this principle:-

  1. Wastage of time and resources.
  2. Lack of efficiency level of employees.
  3. Frustration and dissatisfaction 😪 among employees.

(If employees are terminated and transferred frequently than training is a waste.)
