Describe art.
Art is the thoughtful and unique application of information to produce desired effects. It can be learned through research, observation, and practical application.
Since art involves the individual application of knowledge, some degree of inventiveness and originality is necessary to put the fundamental concepts learned into effect.
1. Existence of theoretical knowledge:
In the field of art systematic and organised study materials are available to acquire theoretical knowledge where as in the field of management too, systematic and organised study material are available to acquire theoretical knowledge.
So this feature of art is present in management.
2. Personalized application:
In the field of art the use of knowledge is different from person to person where as in the field of management to use of knowledge is different from person to person.
So this feature of art is also present in management.
3. Based on practice and creativity:
In the field of art to become more perfect and fine regular practice and creativity is required, where as in the field of management too, to become perfect and fine creativity is required and regular practice is required.
So this feature of heart is also present in the features of management.
