Principle of subordination of individual interest to general interest. INDIVIDUAL INTEREST :- Individual interest generally refers to self interest. Actually where there is something profitable to us. Sometimes we take decisions which may be in our favour that is caused due to we are interested. GENERAL INTEREST :- General interest refers to what decisions we are going to take that is favourable to us and for our organization.
