Cooperation, not Individualism

Cooperation not individualism is an extension of harmony not discord according to this principal there should be a cooperation between management and workers instead of individualism.

Competition should be replaced by cooperation, both management and worker should realise that the need and the importance of each other.

Management should take workers in two confident before making an important decision at the same time worker should avoid strikes and unreasonable demands.

Management must insist on paternalistic style of Management where by the employer take care of the needs of the employee and open communication system and goodwill may even avoid need for a Trade union.

  •  Development of team spirit.
  • High morale of employees.
  • Cooperation and coordination in the organisation.
  • Goals of the organization can be easily achieved.
Example

Management can involve workers on determining the work standard. It will increase the involvement of workers and they will perform more efficiently.
