FSN inventory control technique

FSN inventory control technique

FSN inventory control is a technique for managing inventory that takes into account demand, stock levels, and sales frequency. Fast, Slow, and Non-moving things are referred to as FSN.

Products fall into one of three categories: non-moving, slow-moving, and fast-moving.

Fast-moving products are those that sell quickly.

Businesses may determine which items need to be refilled more frequently, which products aren't doing as well and should be phased out, and which products need to be ordered in lesser amounts to cut down on inventory expenses by employing FSN inventory control. This process aids companies in maximising income, minimising waste, and optimising inventory levels.
