Accountability:


"Accountability refers to answer ability for non completion of job. Accountability cannot be delegated at all"


Features of accountability

  • Accountability refers to answerable for non completion of job. 
  • Accountability cannot be delegated or passed.
  • Accountability is derived from responsibility. 
  • It flows upward as a coordinate will be accountable to his superior.
