 What is Recruitment ?

Recruitment is the process of inducing and attracting large number of candidate to apply for we can job positions in an organisation.

It is a process of finding prospective candidate.

It is called and positive process because large number of candidate join the organisation for interview to be a part of the organisation and from large number of applicants the organisation can chose the prospective one.

Recruitment is of two types

1.  Internal Recruitment and,
2.  External Recruitment
